shall transfer to the independent data controller, Eurobank S.A. (Eurobank),
some of the data that I filled in the form above, namely my name, surname, the interest
I expressed for a particular service/es, information about the time of submission of this
form and in case that I conclude a contract with Delfi Partners some data concerning this
contract such as the signature date, the contract duration, the contract service/es
and the fees (there is analytical reference to these data in the Personal Data Notice
mentioned below). The transmission of these data is necessary for the confirmation of
my referral by Eurobank as its client to Delfi Partners, in order to be provided with
real estate services with the special pricing terms addressed to Eurobank customers,
for the purposes of the contractual relationship between the above companies, its
evaluation and for analytics purposes. The legal basis for the transmission of data
from Delfi Partners to Eurobank is the legitimate interest pursued by these companies as described above.
Eurobank will be processing these data pursuant to its
Personal Data Notice *.
