For reasons of transparency in the processing of personal data, Eurobank S.A. (hereinafter the “Bank”) having its registered seat in Athens, 8 Othonos str., registered with the General Commercial Registry with GCR No 154558160000, specifically and in addition to the information provided with the Notice on the processing of personal data pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter the “GDPR”), the Law 4624/2019 and other provisions of the relevant Greek and EU legislation that is available online on the Bank’s website (www.eurobank.gr/en/gdpr-general-data-protection-regulation), (hereinafter the “Bank’s General Personal Data Notice”), informs you under its capacity in this particular case as your referrer to the company Delfi Partners S.A. (hereinafter the “Company”) that it will be granted access through transfer from the Company to the following data you filled in the expression of interest form on the landing page https://eurobank.delfipartners.com/, where you were driven via the relevant hyperlink included in the email sent by the Bank i.e. your name, surname, your interest in a particular real estate service, information regarding the date and time of your submission of the form and data with regard to your eventually entering into a contractual relationship and using the Company’s services after the Bank’s referral, namely signature date of the contract, contract service/es, agreed duration of the contract (including any extension or early termination of the contract), invoiced fees (with an indication whether this is partial or total fee payment) and received fees by the Company for the provision of the real estate services.

The aforementioned data are the minimum necessary for their processing purpose, which is the servicing of the contractual relationship between the Bank and the Company (the Company is contractually related with the Bank for the provision of real estate services on special pricing terms to selected customers referred to it by the Bank) the fulfillment of obligations and exercise of rights such as the receipt of referral fees, the confirmation of the referral so that the special pricing is received, the assessment of the contractual relation and also for analytics purposes. The data transfer is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by both companies (Delfi Partners and the Bank) and it also serves your interest for the provision of real estate services on special pricing terms and it is founded on the legal basis provided in art. 6 par. 1 (f) of the GDPR. Furthermore, since the real estate service provision with special pricing is addressed only to specific, selected clients of the Bank, the latter shall notify the Company in case any of the data subjects that has filled in the expression of interest form for the real estate services with special pricing terms is not a selected client on the basis of the legitimate interests (ar. 6 par. 1 (f) of GDPR) of both companies regarding the compliance with the agreed terms for the provision/granting of special pricing terms. Apart from the above, the Bank may use your contact data that it has collected in the context of its contractual relationship with you as detailed in the Bank’s General Personal Data Notice in order to contact you in a context of a satisfaction or other survey. The legal basis for the Bank contacting you is the legitimate interest of the Bank pursuant to art. 6 par. 1 (f) of the GDPR. Any survey conducted by the Bank is always voluntary and you participate in it only with your consent and you can choose to withdraw from the survey at any time.

You can find information about the recipients of your personal data in the Bank’s General Personal Data Notice that is available online at its website www.eurobank.gr/en/gdpr-general-data-protection-regulation. Recipient of your personal data is the Company only in the exceptional case of its notification from the Bank on data subjects that are not selected clients referred by the Bank; you will find more information about the way the Company processes your data as an independent data controller at https://eurobank.delfipartners.com/legal/delfipartners-personal-data-notice. The Bank maintains the aforementioned transferred data for the minimum time necessary as explained below:
a. if you only fill in the expression of interest form without entering into a contract with the Company for the provision of any real estate service until 31.12.2022, the Bank shall keep your data until 31.03.2023, and then delete it, unless otherwise required by the relevant legal and/or regulatory framework or the exercise of claims or defense of rights and legitimate interests.
b. if you enter into a contract with the Company until 31.12.2022, the Bank will keep you data throughout the duration of the contractual relationship with the Company and in case of expiration or termination of the contract for five (5) years from said expiration/termination. In case legal actions are pending by the end of that period with the Bank and you are directly or indirectly involved, the data will be preserved until the issuance of an irreversible judicial decision. It is hereby explicitly mentioned that the time limits mentioned in this context do not affect the data storage and their processing from the Bank in the framework of your contractual relationship with it as its client. You have the right of access to your personal data, the right of rectification, the right to the restriction of their processing, the right of objection, the right to their deletion as well as the right of data portability, to the extent these rights can be invoked and apply in each case.
